Touring Second Harvest Food Bank at the OC Great Park.

Second¬†Harvest feeds over 200,000 people (that’s equivalent to pop. of Newport Beach, Costa Mesa and Irvine combined) in OC. ULI OC/IE has donated proceeds from Holiday Networking Event for past three years to 2nd Harvest. www.feedoc.org.

Multi-Family Housing Trends

Aram Chahbazian, TCA, Inc., is a member of the ULI OC/IE Multi-housing Initiative Council. He shared insights into trends influenced by the market today and in the future with the Council members at their quarterly meeting. He presented the question about what Gen Z is going to want. MFH design continues to undergo practical and esthetic changes in urban markets that are working in some suburban markets.
