Young Leaders

The ULI Young Leaders Group cultivates and engages ULI members under the age of 35 who are the next generation of leaders, encouraging them to innovate and collaborate in an effort to improve the future of responsible land use.

Young Leaders

Extending its reach to the next generation of real estate industry professionals, ULI established the ULI Young Leaders Group for engineers, architects, real estate consultants, land planners, land brokers, employees of homebuilding, marketing and investment companies and others who are under the age of 35.

The Young Leaders Group is impacting change through the Mentorship Program, the Emergent Leadership Awards program, and by providing a pro bono Technical Assistance Panel each year. Special programs for Young Leaders are also organized throughout the year. The Young Leaders Group Committee meets monthly on the 2nd Friday.
