Professionals, representing architectural, engineering, transportation, entitlement, development and various consulting other firms, plus cities and agencies, attended the Urban Land Institute’s program on transit-oriented development (TOD). Mentoring Works!

Robert Glessner, Hunsaker & Associates, is a Mentor in the ULI OC/IE 2015 Mentorship Program.  Meeting with his Protégés recently, they all focused on resume structure, including how to succinctly present experiences in powerful statements and demonstrate accomplishments that show value.  The group had an interactive dialogue about the strengths and weaknesses of what is listed on a resume, multiple formats for resumes, interview questions and discussions, and how to find the next lead to the next position.
