“CSUDH Campus is Land Rich,” Joint-TAP Concludes

Members of the Los Angeles and Orange County/Inland Empire District Councils formed a Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) to study complex land use issues on the CSU Dominguez Hills campus.  Twelve TAP Panelists conducted several weeks of due diligence and CSUDH, AEG StubHub! What are Protégés Doin’ in Rocklin?

You don’t hear much about the ULI Mentorship Program meetings throughout the year , unless you are participating in this program, now in its eighth year, or you are reading this blog.  Well, read on…this group meeting will really amaze you! Mentorship Rules The Roost

Eric Higuchi organized an informal and intimate look at a unique infill development in downtown Santa Ana, probably less than 1,000 steps from the Santa Ana Train Depot. About fifteen participants in ULI’s 2015 Mentorship Program, Eric Higuchi, Larry Casey, and Bill Campbell – Mentors and Protégés from their groups, met with Davin Gumm, the developer.  Davin’s candor sharing lessons learned working on this project with Michael Bohn, Studio One Eleven, and with the City of Santa Ana, where so insightful.  Everyone surely benefited from his openness on a project that fits and was not “shoe-horned” into an infill lot.  SA Planning Commissioner … Read More
