The 2022 YLG Mentorship Program officially came to an end on October 31^st. Fifty-nine Proteges and 16 Mentors met monthly over the course of 8 months to learn, collaborate, network, and grow. Here are a few key stats from the 2022 program:

128 – Number of Mentor/Protégé Meetings
96 – Percentage of Proteges who indicated they would have liked more group meetings
71 – Percentage of Proteges who “Strongly Agree” they benefited from the program
86 – Percentage of Proteges who “Agree” or “Strongly Agree” they’d participate in the program again

To celebrate the end of the program, Mentors and Proteges alike braved the rainy weather for an evening of good food and craft beer at Green Cheek Brew Co. Mentorship Program Chair, Steve Kellenberg, shared some words of wisdom as a former Mentor himself and thanked all involved for an incredibly successful year!

We are thrilled to have Steve back as the Chair for the 2023 program! Applications are now open. Young Leaders interested in participating in the program are invited to apply by December 14^th. Membership is not required to apply but is required for all who are accepted.
