ULI TOD Tour: what Orange County can learn from Los Angeles   

On January 27th, I was fortunate enough to attend this year’s 4th Annual Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) tour organized by ULI OC/IE. Over 35 real estate professionals attended the tour and visited three projects in the Culver City TOD District and The Bloc redevelopment in Downtown Los Angeles. DECEMBER 1, 2016 Irvine, California – Former Senior Director of ULI Orange County/Inland Empire, Kendra L. Chandler, has been named as the organization’s Executive Director. Ms. Chandler began working with ULI Orange County/Inland Empire in 2006, first as Manager of Programs & Development. After a two-year hiatus, she returned to ULI as Senior Director in 2015.
