DECEMBER 1, 2016 Irvine, California – Former Senior Director of ULI Orange County/Inland Empire, Kendra L. Chandler, has been named as the organization’s Executive Director. Ms. Chandler began working with ULI Orange County/Inland Empire in 2006, first as Manager of Programs & Development. After a two-year hiatus, she returned to ULI as Senior Director in 2015. Mentorship Groups Tour Multigenerational MPC

Recently a couple of the ULI Orange County/Inland Empire mentorship groups met at La Floresta where the group learned about the “vertical” component of a masterplan community. La Floresta, LLC (Chevron) is the master developer behind the project, a multigenerational/masterplan community located in Brea, CA.
