Starting in 2007, the ULI Orange County/Inland Empire Young Leaders Group has been dedicated to conducting an annual pro bono Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) aimed at assisting a selected non-profit organization facing land use challenges. This year’s TAP Co-Chairs, Cassie Bretschger, Conner Howe, and Cory Bitting have established a partnership with The Boys and Girls Club of Garden Grove (BGCGG) to assist with the construction of a redesigned BGCGG within their main branch facility in Garden Grove, California. Specifically, BGCGG requested that the TAP’s professional assistance focus on maximizing the number of services available to all ages within the surrounding community, such as a teen center, new programming spaces, outdoor gardens and field, and more. The BGCGG is seeking professional expertise in several key areas, namely land use, site planning, architectural design, and construction budgeting for their redeveloped facility.
We are actively seeking the participation of Young Leader members, who possess expertise in the following areas, to join the TAP Panel:
