Every other headline seems to be related to build-to-rent these days, but many in our industry still have these questions:

    • How is BTR different than building a regular for-sale community?
    • Given that BTR has mostly only been executed in the Sunbelt, what BTR projects are on the rise in California, especially Southern California?
    • What hiccups have arisen on local BTR projects and how to overcome them?
    • What market fundamentals led us to the point of SFR's for-rent versus for-sale?
    • Where is the capital coming from for these types of projects?
    • Which OC/IE markets seem ideal for BTR?

Come and learn about this exciting new business plan for our industry!
