    Andrew Warren, Andy, currently serves as the PwC’s Director of Real Estate Research. As the Director of Real Estate Research, and is responsible for monitoring all aspects of commercial and residential real estate, including space market fundamentals, capital market trends, regulatory changes and operational developments. For the past seven years, Andy has led PwC’s participation in the development and production of the Emerging Trends in Real Estate publication. Andy is a frequent speaker on issues affecting the real estate market and has also authored numerous articles for internal clients and national real estate publications. Andy also forecasts market performance for PwC’s “Real Estate Investor Survey”. Andy has over 30 years of experience in all aspect of commercial and residential real estate research. Andy has performed and managed real estate fundamental analysis and forecasting, portfolio construction, and buy/sell decisions for both debt and equity clients. Prior to assuming his current role, Andy served as the Managing Director of Real Estate Research for Principal Global Investors, a top 10 institutional real estate manager in the U.S. At Principal, Andy held a progressive level of analyst and management positions over his 25 year career and served as a voting and advisory member on a multiple real estate debt and equity investment funds. Andy has earned the CFA designation and is a Counselor of Real Estate. He is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute Research Forum as well as a participating member of ICSC, NCREIF, NAIOP, the Appraisal Institute and the CCIM institute.     Greg Lindsay is a journalist, urbanist, futurist, and speaker. He is the director of applied research at NewCities and director of strategy at its mobility offshoot CoMotion. He is also a non-resident senior fellow of the Atlantic Council’s Foresight, Strategy, and Risks Initiative, a senior fellow of MIT’s Future Urban Collectives Lab, and a visiting scholar at New York University’s Rudin Center for Transportation Policy & Management. He’s a partner at FutureMap, a geo-strategic advisory firm based in Singapore, and has advised Intel, Samsung, Starbucks, IKEA, Audi, Chrysler, Hyundai, Tishman Speyer, British Land, André Balazs Properties, Aldar, Emaar, and Expo 2020, among many other organizations. He was the inaugural urbanist-in-residence at URBAN-X — BMW MINI’s urban tech accelerator.

    Kelly S. Boyer, JD President Rose Community Capital Kelly joined Rose Community Capital (RCC) on May 1, 2017. RCC was created by the Rose Companies' acquisition of Forest City Capital in the fall of 2016. Kelly is focused upon expanding FHA financing opportunities west of the Rocky Mountains with an emphasis on the west coast. Prior to joining RCC, Kelly was the HUD FHA/MAP Director for Citi Community Capital, a division of Citibank, N.A. Kelly achieved Citibank’s FHA Mortgagee approval in April, 2015. As a HUD approved multifamily MAP lender she oversaw the creation, development, implementation and integration of the FHA lending platform into CCC’s core affordable housing lending activities. Kelly is the Owner and Manager of K2U, LLC an independent consulting services company specializing in HUD multifamily and public housing redevelopment, HUD rental assistance programs and FHA financing. Kelly has a particular focus upon affordable deals with FHA financing and layered secondary sources such as LIHTCs, RD, HOME and CDBG as well as local sources of funding. Prior to starting her own company, Kelly was a partner in a California based development company that focused upon the acquisition, rehab and preservation of HUD rental assisted projects with LIHTCS and bonds. Kelly is the former Director of HUD’s Los Angeles, California, Multifamily hub and left the office in mid-2012. During her tenure at HUD she assisted the Department with aligning FHA resources to work more closely with LIHTCs and other sources of financing; worked closely with state agencies to remove obstacles to FHA financing on affordable transactions; was a key member of the FHA Commissioner’s Risk Mitigation team revising FHA underwriting standards; was an original member of the FHA National Loan Committee; and assisted in the development of key preservation programs; such as the §236 prepayment process and preservation program; the FHA LIHTC Pilot Program; and, early RAD efforts. Prior to joining HUD, from 2001 through 2008, Kelly was In-House Counsel/Staff Attorney for Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing, a regional LIHTC syndicator located in Columbus, Ohio. Kelly is a deal maker that focuses upon collaboration, flexibility, creativity and entrepreneurship. Kelly received her law degree from Capital University Law School in 2002 and is licensed to practice law in Ohio.     Sara Neff is Senior Vice President, Sustainability at Kilroy Realty Corporation. Sara took Kilroy from having no sustainability program to being named the #1 publicly traded real estate company on sustainability in North America by GRESB, and under her leadership the company recently committed to becoming the first carbon neutral real estate company in North America by the end of 2020. At Kilroy, she oversees all sustainability initiatives such as solar and battery dealmaking, the implementation of energy and water efficiency initiatives throughout the existing and development portfolios, the integration of sustainability standards into annual financial reports, the launch of the Kilroy Innovation Lab, and the award-winning green leasing program. She holds a BS from Stanford and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
