    Redline Detection

    Alex Parker is owner and CMO at Redline Detection, manufacturer of diagnostic equipment for the automotive industry. Alex speaks from experience, building a business from startup to global industry leader in 160 countries. Alex is also on the board of the Petersen Automotive Museum, as well as the engineering dean’s leadership council at UCI. You can see Alex on The History Channel where she is a celebrity judge on this season’s Launch Pad. Alex, her husband Zack, and two sons live in Newport Coast.

    Wing Lam

    Owner, Wahoo's Fish Taco

    Wing Lam is the eldest of the three founding brothers and the enigmatic character widely recognized as the face of the iconic Wahoo’s Fish Taco brand. A 35-plus-year restaurant industry veteran, he is often in the public eye participating as a panelist and speaker at global events such as the IEG Conference and teaching part-time for MBA programs at Pepperdine, Concordia and Chapman University . In addition to being featured on the ABC hit show “The Secret Millionaire,” Lam also starred in a national Merrill Lynch commercial, Kelly Clarkson’s Talk Show, and three Food Network shows, "Unwrapped", "Beach Eats USA" and Guy’s Grocery Games, he actively supports and attends many national and local community-based events. Additionally, during the pandemic, Wing create the California Love Drop where his team take meals to front line responders and those in need. Wing serves on the board of various non-profit organizations such as Cystic Fibrosis, Alzheimer’s Association , PCRF, Surfrider Foundation and is an active member of the Asian American Journalists Association. In 2018, he received the Corporate Creativity, Kindness OC Award and Innovation Leadership Award from the Child Creativity Lab, as well as the 2018 IMPACT Award from the International Executive Council. Garnering countless awards for philanthropy and business achievements over the years, Wing and his brothers have been named among the 500 Most Influential by the Orange County Business Journal, with Wahoo’s Fish Taco the recipient of the Golden Foodie Award and Best OC Brand by OC Weekly. Wing graduated from San Diego State University with a B.S in science and a minor in Spanish.

    Bill Shopoff

    President, Shopoff Realty Investments, LP

    Bill Shopoff has more than 40 years of real estate and investment experience. His expertise includes the acquisition, development, and sale of new and redeveloped residential and commercial properties throughout the United States, as well as partnership structure, debt placement, venture capital and investment underwriting. Mr. Shopoff has acquired over 1,000 properties on behalf of his various entities, including the acquisition of over 6,000 apartment units (fee or mortgage loans) and the entitlement of over 7,000 lots/units of land suitable for single-family or multi-family development. Since 1992, Bill Shopoff has served as either Principal or as President of the Asset Recovery Fund, and since August 1999, as the President of Eastbridge Partners, L.P. Upon acquiring the assets of Eastbridge Partners, L.P. in April 2004, Bill created the manager, Shopoff Realty Investments, L.P., and has served as its President since that time. Involved in a number of industry associations, Bill is currently a member of Commercial Investment Real Estate (CIRE) and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Building Industry Association (BIA) as well as Lambda Alpha International (LAI), a global land economics society. Bill Shopoff is also involved in various collegiate councils, being named to the Executive Council of the Real Estate Finance and Investment Center at The University of Texas McCombs School of Business. This Executive Council advises faculty and staff on curriculum matters within the University's real estate department. He is also a member of the University of California Irvine-Chief Executive Roundtable (UCI CERT), which works in concert with local business leaders and university faculty. In addition to his industry and educational board involvement, Bill is also involved in various nonprofit foundations and has also been the top fundraiser for the past 15 years for the AIDS LifeCycle, a 585-mile bicycle ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles, which supports the San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center. Bill Shopoff is a frequent speaker on various real estate and investment related topics. He has been invited to participate as a key panelist and a guest speaker on professional panels at real estate conferences and industry events throughout the United States.

    Chad Lefteris

    Chief Executive Officer, UCI Health

    Chad T. Lefteris is the Chief Executive Officer of UCI Health. He oversees Orange County’s only academic health system and all clinical and patient-serving operations, including ambulatory sites across the county and the UCI Medical Center in Orange, a Level I Trauma hospital consistently recognized among America’s Best Hospitals by U.S. News & World Report. UCI Health also encompasses the UCI Health Innovation fund that invests in healthcare innovation and digital health in partnership with University of California Investments. Lefteris joined UCI Health in December 2018 as the Chief Operating Officer. In that role, Lefteris oversaw the daily business operations of the UCI Medical Center, which includes the hospital and several specialty units, along with other UCI-operated health care centers throughout Orange County. He was also responsible for administrative functions, including general and ancillary support services, facilities management, design and construction, information technology, and special projects. Prior to joining UCI Health, Lefteris served as the vice president of operations of UNC REX Healthcare, a private, not-for-profit health care system that is a key component of Chapel Hill, North Carolina-based UNC Health Care. He was responsible for the oncology service line and also supervised multiple operations and support services departments, ranging from patient experience and clinical engineering to facilities and construction. Prior positions within the UNC Health Care System included vice president, support services for UNC REX Healthcare and administrative director of operations for UNC Medical Center, a 900+ bed academic medical center and the health system’s flagship hospital. Lefteris currently serves on the Appalachian State University College of Health Sciences Advisory Board, Hospital Association of Southern California Board, Beall Applied Innovations Board, Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute Advisory Board, and the Orange County United Way United to End Homelessness Leadership Council. Lefteris received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Healthcare Management from Appalachian State University and his Masters of Health Administration from Medical University of South Carolina.
