Builders Got Talent: UrbanPlan Edition is the first annual competition event to raise money for the ULI Orange County/Inland Empire UrbanPlan program and other DEI initiatives. Four builder teams have been tapped to complete an UrbanPlan build where they are responding to an RFP to redevelop a neighborhood in the fictional city of Yorktown. Using legos, the teams must meet city and developer revenue targets, incorporate sustainability and equity requirements, provide affordable housing, satisfy the desires of various neighborhood and city groups and more! They will present their final presentations at a mock City Council session on June 8th! This exciting night will include food, drinks, a people’s choice award and the team presentations.
