As President of the Brookfield Properties Land and Housing group in Southern California, Nicole Burdette is responsible for leading and overseeing all new business development and operations. Nicole has been a member of the Brookfield team for 20 years since graduating from college and has undertaken a variety of roles in a range of capacities. She spent nine years in Land Acquisition prior to launching the Business Strategies department in 2013, a career trajectory that exemplifies the company’s philosophy and desire for team members to evolve as they progress through the organization. Nicole graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Arizona State University and earned an MBA from National University. She is happily married to her husband Mark and has one son, Merrick.
