My brothers and I started a residential development company in Orange County, CA called Ashton 3. After working for several privately held and publicly traded homebuilding companies, we decided to venture out on our own as we realized that we all have a unique set of skills to not only raise capital to purchase the properties, but to also entitle and build them out as well. With our collective knowledge of the homebuilding industry and project management experience, we've created several communities across Northern & Southern California. Prior to creating X Engineering, Puneet’s career in civil engineering spanned 20+ years across multiple reputable engineering firms. It began in 1999 when he interned at a private traffic engineering firm for $7/hour. He graduated in 2003 from Cal Poly Pomona with a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering and earned his civil engineer license in 2008. Between 2003 and 2015, Puneet developed his skill and experience working at two reputable land development firms, overseeing a variety of land development, stormwater management, and capital improvement projects throughout southern California and acting as a trusted advisor to clients in all aspects of civil design and land development. In 2015, he was recruited by a global firm to build a civil engineering practice in Irvine, which he did until 2018. It was then that he created X Engineering, officially launching in 2019 with six employees. Since then, the company has grown to 30 employees. Puneet fosters a work environment that promotes personal and professional advancement; has built lasting relationships with city staff throughout southern California; and is an active member of the BIA where he participates in speaking engagements on civil engineering-related topics. He has been happily married since 2016 and is Dad to Xander (5) & Remy (4).

Born and raised in Southern California, my dream has always been to build places in my community I can enjoy with friends and family. My background in engineering, interior design, construction and program management has given me the ability to experience real estate development from various perspectives. Two years ago, I founded PDB Collaborative - a project management agency. We work with developers and contractors to manage their projects from concept through construction. Each project is treated uniquely – we assemble a team of experts specific to the client and project scope. With 10 years of experience, I've learned how to build a cohesive team, using their expertise to develop creative solutions. Communication and working together is the key to our success.

Oscar Uranga is a Principal at IMG Construction Management, a local consulting firm offering a variety of real estate development professional services. He runs the Development Services division for IMG, which support clients with advisory and project management services, as early as acquisition due diligence and through entitlements, permit issuance, contract with a GC and or closing on financing. He is also the Founder of Unison Communities, a private real estate development firm focused on infill projects in Southern California.

Mr. Fink oversees Bascom’s transactions team, which handles property acquisition, financing, refinancing and disposition. Over the past 26 years, Mr. Fink has developed the firm’s investment strategy of acquiring and repositioning undervalued and distressed multifamily assets. Mr. Fink has been responsible for designing and implementing Bascom’s deal acquisition process, including deal sourcing, due diligence process, debt and equity financing, legal negotiation, closing and disposition analysis and process. Mr. Fink has overseen the acquisition and disposition of over 157,686 units for total transaction cost in excess of $20.5 billion. Prior to founding Bascom, Mr. Fink acted as Senior Acquisitions and Sales Manager from 1991 to 1995 for Pacific Mutual Life Insurance Company. His responsibilities included market assessment, property identification and negotiation, and the acquisition and disposition of real estate investments. Mr. Fink holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Managements (IREM) and Turnaround Management Association (TMA). Mr. Fink is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a Certified Property Manager (CPM), a Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor (CM&AA), and a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP). He has appeared as a guest speaker at various functions, including those for the Urban Land Institute, University of California Los Angeles and Irvine, University of Southern California, and other assorted industry events. Mr. Fink previously served on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and is currently a member of the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate Executive Committee. He currently serves on the board for the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) California Coast and California Coast Gold chapters. In 2004, Mr. Fink was awarded the Apartment Executive of the Year by the Real Estate Conference Group, the industry’s largest and most prestigious multifamily conference on the West Coast, and was later awarded the Rising Star award by the University of California Irvine Center for Real Estate in 2008. Mr. Fink was also recognized in the 2011 Multi-Family Executive Magazine. In 2016, Mr. Fink was awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Orange County.
