    DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services

    Rick John has over 42 years of commercial real estate experience. With top salesman accolades the last twelve of sixteen years, Rick’s career has been focused in the San Bernardino/Riverside County markets. He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and served as the 1998 and 2014 President of the SIOR. During his career, Rick has been responsible for the marketing of 75,000,000 square feet of buildings over 7,000 acres of industrial land with a transaction volume of over three billion dollars.

    Lynn Yangchana

    Vice President, MGR Real Estate

    Lynn Yangchana is the Vice President at MGR Real Estate, where she has been instrumental since joining the firm in 2005. Her expertise focuses on commercial properties, particularly office and retail buildings, encompassing tenant relocations, leasing, sales, and investments. Over the years, she has built a deep understanding of asset valuation, which aids her in negotiating lease terms and analyzing complex investment opportunities.

    Michael Rademaker

    Founder and CEO, MGR Property Management

    Michael Rademaker is the founder and CEO of MGR Property Management, a leading real estate and property management company in Southern California, particularly in the Inland Empire. He founded MGR in 1983, and under his leadership, the company has grown to manage significant residential and commercial real estate assets, including Class A office spaces. MGR has been a prominent player in acquiring and leasing office buildings across the region.

    Jennifer Hiramoto

    Executive Director, Ontario Economic Development Agency

    Jennifer Hiramoto is the Executive Director of the Ontario Economic Development Agency, where she plays a vital role in driving economic growth in the City of Ontario. She leads initiatives related to real estate acquisition and development, along with overseeing business development, marketing, and expansion efforts. With nearly 15 years of experience in local government, Hiramoto previously held positions in cities such as Glendale and Monrovia, as well as with the San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership.

    Michael Ruane

    President, National Community Renaissance

    As Executive Vice President, Mike is responsible for the operations of National CORE, one of the nation’s largest nonprofit affordable housing developers. At National CORE, Mike leads the development of National CORE’s program and business strategies as well as oversees the communication National CORE’s mission to internal and external stakeholders. Prior to National CORE, Mike served as Interim Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Strategy for CalOptima, the community health plan for Orange County. Prior to his role at CalOptima, Mike served as Executive Director of the Children and Families Commission of Orange County, responsible for the allocation of tobacco tax revenue to health and education programs for young children and their families, established by the Proposition 10 voter initiative. He served as President of the First 5 Association of California for two years, is an officer of the California Children and Families Foundation, and Chair of the Orange County Health Needs Assessment and the Health Funders Partnership. He has more than 20 years of experience working for the County of Orange in various positions, including as Assistant County Executive Officer for Strategic and Intergovernmental Affairs between 1996 and 2000. Prior to this appointment, Mike was Director of the Orange County Environmental Management Agency for the County of Orange since 1989.     Randall Lewis

    Sr. Executive Vice President, Lewis Management Corp.

    With over 50-years’ experience in the real estate industry, Randall Lewis is Executive Vice President and a Principal of Lewis Management Corp., a member of the Lewis Group of Companies. The Lewis Group of Companies is one of the most active real estate developers in California and Nevada. They are developing over a dozen significant master planned communities and own over 30 shopping centers. In addition, the Lewis Group has many apartment and industrial projects underway throughout California and Nevada. The Lewis Group owns over 13,000 apartments and controls land for over 30,000 future homes and apartments. Throughout its history, they’ve built nearly 60,000 homes. Randall is an active and philanthropic supporter of health, education and the arts. Randall has served on the Executive Board of the Southern California Association of Governments, as well as the Southern California Leadership Council. Randall is a past Trustee of the Urban Land Institute and is a current Governor of the Urban Land Institute Foundation. He supports the Urban Land Institute (ULI)/Randall Lewis Center for Sustainability and the ULI/Randall Lewis Building Healthy Places Forum. Randall also serves on several executive boards, including the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy and the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs.

    Karin Liljegren

    Principal + Founder, Architect, Omgivning

    Karin Liljegren, FAIA, has dedicated her career to community building, sustainability, and advocacy by embracing adaptive reuse as a powerful means to revitalize our cities. Since 1999, Karin has focused on adaptive reuse projects and advocates for policy reform to make the repurposing of older buildings more financially viable and cornerstones of their communities. For Karin, adaptive reuse represents the potential to solve four challenges: address the housing shortage, combat climate change, preserve cultural heritage, and tackle the oversupply of vacant office buildings. She is engaged at a local and national level in leading real estate organizations and has led City of Los Angeles task forces on topics such as ordinance reform and adaptive reuse policy. She worked for 15 years with Killefer Flammang Architects (KFA), where she converted 12 high-rise buildings. Karin then founded Omgivning Architecture + Interiors in 2009 and the firm has built a reputation for uncovering potential in underutilized buildings by transforming them into multifamily housing, hotels, restaurants, and workspace. Omgivning has grown and expanded its reach, having worked on two-million square foot historic landmarks to small, local cafes for clients and communities across the country. Karin is on the Reuse and Redevelopment National ULI Product Council as well as the local LA Housing and Innovation Councils. She is on the Board for the LA Conservancy and DTLA Alliance. In addition to her architectural endeavors, she is an emerging Developer and starting other entrepreneurial enterprises such as a culture + industry based Coworking company called söm co-space.

    John Moore

    Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino

    John Moore is an experienced professional in the sustainable real estate development industry. He has worked on sustainability related initiatives in both the public and the private sector. His career in sustainability began with work for non-profits such as Southface Energy Institute and Global Green as an energy auditor and green building specialist. He served as the Energy and Environmental Policy Analyst for the City of New Orleans where he successfully built and managed citywide energy efficiency and renewable energy financing programs. His chief responsibility in this role was managing federal grants from the Department of Energy. Following his work with the City of New Orleans, he received a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Real Estate Development from Tulane University. He is a State of California licensed realtor and notary. He has served on several notable community boards and task forces including a sustainability task force for the National Appraisal Institute. Currently, John works for Primestor as a project manager developing mixed use projects mostly in the southern California area.
