Office & Commercial

Focus of council is to examine the provision of the space for the commercial sector through best practice research under the belief that communities must have a strong, diverse commercial sector to be economically viable. The council will explore the design, development, rehab/re-use, financing, acquisition, asset management, and the latest trends and innovations in these asset classes: office parks, high-rise office, creative office, shopping centers, specialty/strip centers, restaurant centers, i.e. outdoor food courts with retail/entertainment, industrial parks and warehousing/R&D/manufacturing.
