Second Annual WLI Spring Meeting Scholarships Awarded

This Spring the WLI, for the second year in a row, offered a scholarship to encourage young women leaders to participate in the 2022 ULI Spring Meeting held in San Diego, CA. The WLI Spring Meeting Scholarship was open to female students and young professionals (must have graduated within the past two years) interested in and or/working in the field of real estate. This year’s scholarship saw quadruple the number of applicants as last year!

After careful consideration, the WLI Scholarship Committee selected one full scholarship winner who received an in-person meeting registration, two nights hotel stay and a one-year membership to ULI.

Thanks to the amazing women on this council, they coordinated a very successful WLI Internship Event, held earlier in the year, where additional funds were raised for this scholarship. This allowed them to additionally grant two partial scholarships to young women who received a digital registration for the meeting along with a one-year membership to ULI. This year’s winners demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and dedication to a career in real estate. We look forward to having them involved with ULI and the industry!
