Over the course of several  months, the YLG TAP panel works closely with their selected organization to address a land use challenge faced by the organization. The TAP panel is made up of YLG volunteers from a range of different disciplines including, finance, architecture, marketing, planning, engineering and more. Since 2007, the YLG Committee has conducted over twelve Pro Bono TAPs and continues to identify and work with new organizations every year.
