Two groups from the ULI YLG Mentorship Program recently joined together to tour Avanath Capital Managements senior affordable project, The Grove, in Garden Grove. The tour was led by Mentor John Williams, Avanath’s President and CIO. The groups topped off the tour with happy hour at a nearby restaurant. We love to see our Mentorship Groups touring new projects and meeting new friends!
