Mayor Pulido Speaks at ULI’s “Rail & TOD: Getting on the Right Track”

Professionals, representing architectural, engineering, transportation, entitlement, development and various consulting other firms, plus cities and agencies, attended the Urban Land Institute’s program on transit-oriented development (TOD).
