    Pat Loy

    VP, Planned Community Development, Lewis Management Corp.

    Pat Loy has worked on the Lewis Group’s Chino Master Planned project, The Preserve since its inception. Starting with the Master Entitlement approvals in 2001 through to present 2024 development, Pat has worked with a team of Lewis professionals and the City of Chino on a daily basis to plan, entitle and construct the Lewis properties in The Preserve which included over 1,125 acres, 8,129 residential units and the Town Center shopping center. To date Lewis has sold or developed over 5,500 lots including 1,896 apartment units and continues the planning and development of an additional 300+ acres of land in The Preserve. Pat attended the University of Southern California, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance with an emphasis in Real Estate and Management of Real Property Development. Patrick was named “Community Builder of the Year” by the Baldy View Chapter of the Building Industry Association in 2002. He has over 41 years’ experience in land development including 35 years with the Lewis Companies.

    Brittany de Paul

    VP, Multi-Family Development, Lewis Management Corp.

    With over fifteen years of experience in residential product types, Brittany De Paul manages design and architectural efforts for Lewis’s California Multi-Family Development group. Brittany leverages her architectural background to reframe design challenges into creative win-wins for Lewis and the cities it partners with, provides enhanced planning and design direction throughout entitlements, and pursues the development of new product types. She works in a detailed and collaborative fashion, guiding external consultants from concept design through documentation and construction. Over 2,100 rental homes to date, and a pipeline of over six thousand more in various stages of planning through construction, have resulted from her successfully juggling design efforts with AMEPS consultant coordination, construction documentation and detailed plan reviews in just six years at Lewis. Her position draws from a broad methodological toolkit to spearhead creative and strategic development while setting the thermostat for quality, efficiency, cost-consciousness, and attention to details that contribute to enriching and elevating Lewis residential developments and brand. Brittany’s involvement also extends to stabilized properties, where she gathers post-occupancy lessons learned and injects knowledge back into Development for the betterment of future projects. Brittany graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from Cal Poly Pomona. She spent a year and a half designing luxury custom homes in Los Angeles before solidifying her career interests in multifamily housing. Prior to joining Lewis, Brittany spent eight years working at TCA Architects, where she led design and management efforts for multifamily, urban infill and mixed-use housing projects.

    Randall Lewis

    EVP, Lewis Management Corp.

    With over 50-years’ experience in the real estate industry, Randall Lewis is Executive Vice President and a Principal of Lewis Management Corp., a member of the Lewis Group of Companies. Randall oversees the marketing activities for all regions of the organization. His broad areas of expertise include land acquisition, market research, product design, advertising and sales. The Lewis Group of Companies is one of the most active real estate developers in California and Nevada. They have significant master planned communities, as well as many shopping centers, apartments and industrial projects underway throughout the region. The Lewis Group owns over 10,000 apartments and controls land for over 30,000 future homes and apartments, as well as owning and managing 30 shopping centers. Randall is an active and philanthropic supporter of health, education and the arts. Randall serves on the Executive Board of the Southern California Association of Governments, as well as the Southern California Leadership Council. Randall is a past Trustee of the Urban Land Institute and is a current Governor of the Urban Land Institute Foundation. He is also the co-chair of the San Bernardino County Alliance for Education, and serves on several executive boards, including the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy and the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs.
