    Sean Kane

    J.P. Morgan

    Sean Kane is an Executive Director of Research within J.P. Morgan’s Real Estate Americas group. He currently has a focus on the Western and Central regions of the United States. He also contributes to the firm’s broader inhouse view on the U.S. commercial property markets. Sean joined J.P. Morgan in 2022, and is a voting member of the Real Estate Americas Investment Committee. Sean has worked in commercial real estate research for 11 years. Prior to his current role, Sean led JLL’s Southern California research team. He also previously led JLL’s Seattle & Bellevue research team and JLL’s U.S. Multifamily research efforts. Before joining JLL, Sean was a Senior Manager within the Analytics group at Real Capital Analytics. He graduated from Brown University in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in economics.

    Kevin MacMillan

    US Bank

    Senior executive with extensive leadership and management experience in the banking sector and the government. A strategic thinker who is skilled at engaging with public officials, industry associations and other stakeholders to advance policy priorities. A collaborator who works effectively with multiple business lines and is proficient in reputation management, public policy, mergers, investigations and political activities.
