A huge congratulations to the Urban Cowboys from Rancho Mission Viejo for winning the first annual Builders Got Talent: UrbanPlan Edition!

This first of its kind UrbanPlan fundraiser took place on June 8th at Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club. Over 130 people attended to watch four builder teams, Lennar, Rancho Mission Viejo, TriPointe and Trumark complete the final step of an UrbanPlan Program project, the mock city council session! Not only was it a night of good food, even better conversation and increased awareness of the UrbanPlan Program, attendees got to watch some truly impressive team presentations and our City Council mayor and councilmembers brought the house down with their commitment to their council roles and their hilarious comments!
