Several members of ULI OCIE recently volunteered with the Girls Inc. for their Summer programming career panels. They shared their experiences as working professionals at all career levels and advised on networking and early engagement with industry organizations. Following the career panels, the young ladies got time to network with the professionals and had professional headshots taken for their LinkedIn profiles!
